Alexis assists people overwhelmed by life's demands to transform themselves easily and effortlessly.
She initially pursued a career in Medical Science as a Histologist. Fascinated with scientific research on the mind/body connection, she developed a life-long passion for examining how the subconscious profoundly affects the overall quality of life. This compelled her to become a certified life coach and EFT practitioner. Soon after, she began interning with Dr. J Dunn as a Holistic kinesiologist, giving her the ability to communicate directly with her client's subconscious.
At the "World Institute-Center for the Rights of Humanity", she comprehensively understood the Empowerment of Listening.
Wanting to understand the subtleties of emotions as energy, she was certified as a Theta Healer: DNA 1, DNA 2, and Intuitive Anatomy through THINK Institute in Idaho.
Then taking it one step further she learned Recoding and Inner Child work - clearing and neutralizing past negative programming (beliefs).
After many years of working with these modalities in her coaching practice, Alexis culminated all of them into An Elevated Life... where one experiences independence and freedom.

I first met Alexis 11 years ago when I was 34 for assistance in healing from the loss of my mother and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from working as a nurse. I felt hopeless, overwhelmed, and unhappy with a negative worldview. I could never have imagined how my life would transform on my journey with Alexis. Through working with Alexis, I have been able to master my emotions and bring my dreams to fruition. I had always dreamed of living permanently in California by the ocean, making a difference in healthcare, and obtaining a Ph.D. I discovered that many past beliefs and negative patterns were blocking me from fulfilling my dreams. I thought I would never live in California; it was too expensive, I wasn’t smart enough to get a Ph.D., and how could I change healthcare? Through working with Alexis, she helped me remove emotional blocks, and past beliefs. Fast forwarding today; at 45 years old, I have brought all of these dreams to fruition. I reside in La Jolla, California, developed education programs and policies, and conducted research that changed healthcare. I just finished my Ph.D. with a 4.0 while working an 80hr work week as a national expert! I am grateful for how far I have come and the fantastic opportunities ahead.
